Week 1
So my total for the week is 57 and I am Sara (no h) and it says 74 by my name :) I'd love to claim that but it's not me. Maybe we should put Sara P to keep from mixups. I had a nasty cold alllllll week long! So I'm sad to say i did not exercise and the sugar thing is so hard because how can you resist dessert?? And on days that I decided I wasn't going to get my sugar point, I went crazy on the sugar! Any tips? I'm addicted!

Whoops! Sorry! I will get right on that. It's funny we have two Alisha/Alicia's, two Ashley's and two Sara/Sarah's.
ReplyDeleteHey I have some healthy no sugar desert recipes I will post later on, that might help. I am and addict myself, so I feel your pain!! I have decided to track my nutrition and fitness at www.sparkpeople.com, that way even if I mess up and have some sugar I know what my calories are for the day and I aim to hit that. Hope it helps. Good luck next week.
