Week 4!

I got 58 points this week, I'm really doing well exercising regularly and I've noticed I have more energy! This week I did terrible with my water drinking though. Previous weeks I had the plastic water bottles that are a half liter and I would refill it 4 times using one bottle per day, well I ran out and didn't buy new ones until this week was almost over and I found it really hard to track how much I was drinking. Any tips?

  1. I just measured my water out in a pitcher that I would stick in the fridge. Then I would know I drank all my water when the pitcher was empty. That seemed to work the best for me. Good job with the exercising! It makes me feel a lot better too!

  2. I got a camelback water bottle that was 32 oz...and just made sure to refill it. However, I have a hard time getting my water in.
